Certification Scholarship Details

Program Requirements
- Be an employee of OH for at least one year.
- Be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Be accepted into a training or certification program that will progress your OH career/department.
- Be involved within the hospital community.
- Agree to work commitment to OH equal to the duration of the scholarship.
- OR, Agree that the scholarship will be considered a loan to be repaid.
- Provide documentation about the training or certification program.
Required Supporting Documentation
- A personal letter from the applicant.
- One (1) work reference letter.
- A complete application submission.
